Refund and Returns Policy


Due to products being personalised specifically to your requirements, My Unique Family cannot accept returns unless it is a fault on our behalf.

If you have a specific question regarding our returns policy or require further advice, then please contact us prior to placing an order.

Faulty Items

If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent, so we are able to help.  Any missing, damaged, or incorrect goods must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt of your parcel. Claims after that period will not be honoured.

You must be able to provide evidence of the damaged goods.  Evidence can be provided by emailing a photograph to us of the damaged item.

You must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt from your confirmation email, bank statement or the invoice/packing note inside your delivery parcel.

We will not be liable for the cost of postage for any returned items, however if a new item is shipped out as a replacement for a faulty item, My Unique Family will cover this charge.
